Evaluation/rewiring of customer wiring: $1,000.00 per hour, plus $500.00 per wire. |

| 1) | Normal hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday (All other hours must be pre-arranged) |
| | (Labor prices are based on an 8 hour work day, more than 8 hours will be considered overtime) |
| 2) | Minimum Charge 4 hours labor plus all expenses |
| 3) | Travel Expenses Borne by Customer at Cost |
| | a. Lodging |
| | b. Meals |
| 4) | Mileage @ $0.69 cent a mile |
| 5) | All service/start-up work must be approved by Fluid Control Spec in advance |

| Service/Start-up rates are valid for 30 days from date of proposal |
